For transcriptions, we require a recording of your song, whether a voice line, a cappella, or with instrumental accompaniment. For arrangements, we need an initial version of your music in PDF, MIDI, or audio formats. For scoring DAW projects, separate instrumental stems and MIDI/XML files are necessary. We’ll guide you on what’s needed for optimal results

Do you transcribe lyrics?

To begin arranging your song, we require a notated melody with lyrics. If you don’t have these yet, we offer transcription services for a nominal fee.

Can you work with existing audio recordings to create arrangements?

Yes, we can create arrangements from your existing audio recordings. A small transcription fee may apply in such cases.

You retain all commercial rights to the arrangement. We provide a copyright release with every project. If not otherwise discussed, the Arranger’s name will be indicated on the sheets alongside the Author’s name. Additionally, with your permission, the work may be featured in our portfolio as a showcase of our collaborations.

What's the process for ordering multiple arrangements for different songs?

What file formats do you accept for score conversion?

We require separate audio stems exported from your Digital Audio Workstations (DAWs) and recommend providing XML and MIDI exports for an enhanced conversion process. Please make sure that your stems are exported “from start to end” to keep time alignment.

How long does it typically take to convert a project into a professional score?

Turnaround times vary based on complexity, typically ranging from a few days to a couple of weeks for standard projects.

Can you handle complex orchestral arrangements for scoring?

Absolutely! We specialize in a wide range of arrangements, from simple compositions to complex orchestral scores.

What file types are required for the orchestration service?

For orchestrating your piano sketches/piece, we require MIDI or PDF notation. In the case of audio files, a nominal transcription fee may apply.

What's the difference between a rehearsal score, klavier and scripted score?
